The coffee was great loved it..😃 Forgot my charger in the restaurant came back 25min later and was told there was no such thing.i let it slide but they didn't bother to check the camera's....Great ambience too

Quality of the carrot cake. No value for price in the coffee

1. Extremely DRY meatballs in the Kyoto meat bowl. Absolutely zero sauce, and ZERO flavor. So dry they could bounce off a wall. 2. ⁠Everything was packed into one box - takeaway, including the salad. When I asked, they gladly said they’d change it. Looks like the salad was just scooped into a different box and the rice spread around where the salad was! Box had salad dressing finger prints on the outside, on the closing parts.

Wish someone would have told me that the Classic Chicken Burger comes with all the spices in the kitchen. I can handle spices but this is actually too much.

The potatoes were not, we reported this and they were replaced The meat patty was raw, I didn’t realise before eating almost half of if I think even if it’s a discounted deal you shouldn’t sell bad food to people that is not good practice

Slow service. Pizza was not so great. Didn't enjoy the chewy base. The base thickness was not consistent, centre of the pizza kept collapsing as the base was paper thin and towards the edge it was brick thick !

I ordered a Mexican salad and the recipe said grilled chicken in it but there was no chicken?

Your Wi-Fi set up is annoying

Chicken soup was water with added bits of chicken/spices. It was not made with chicken stock. Very disappointing

I was served a cold meal after a long wait - it didn’t have the correct ingredients and was minimal compared to usual

The passion juice was almost going bad

The service was below expectations and am a regular customer especially on Sundays with my family
